SandPlay Therapy
Sarah has a Masters' degree in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship, and is a qualified Theophostic counselor since 2011. Sandplay therapy is a nonverbal form of psychotherapy that uses a sandbox, miniature figures, and sometimes water to allow clients to express and explore their inner world. It's a type of play therapy, enabling individuals to access and process unconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The therapist provides a safe and protected space for the client to create symbolic scenes in the sand, fostering self-discovery and healing. Go deeper by journaling!

My Story
I come from a family of 6, and 3 of us are still on this side of heaven. I have been in numerous accidents and lived on 5 continents. My hope is to create a safe atmosphere and simply to ask questions to help the individual explore what he / she REALLY believe in their hearts.
